A thank you for every second order.
If you order from us again, you get something back. With a customer account, every second order earns you a voucher. No points, no card, nothing for you to do.
How it works
Every second order within 12 months earns you a thank you. The voucher amount depends on the goods value of both orders combined:
- CHF 5 for a goods value below CHF 150
- CHF 10 from CHF 150
- CHF 20 from CHF 300
The voucher is valid for 6 months, can be used once, from a goods value of CHF 50, and you can also give it as a gift.
What counts is the goods value excluding delivery. You will see the voucher in your customer account as soon as it is there, and you will get an email.

Do I need to do anything?
Just order with your customer account. As soon as you have two paid orders, we activate your voucher. You get an email and can see it in your account under “Thank You”.
Can I give the voucher to someone else?
Yes. Simply pass on the code. It is redeemed at checkout.
I ordered as a guest in the past. Does that count?
Yes. Create a customer account with the same email address and ask us, in your account under “Thank You”, to link your earlier orders. Then they count too.
Does delivery count?
No, what counts is the goods value of your orders excluding delivery.
