Delivery

This translation is provided for convenience. Only the German version is legally binding.

  • Standard delivery costs CHF 6.50 and is free from a goods value of CHF 90.
  • Most items are ready to ship in 1 to 3 working days. The delivery time is shown with every product.

What delivery costs

Post Standard EcoCHF 6.50, free from a goods value of CHF 90
Post Express Mondfrom CHF 17 depending on weight, calculated at checkout. With Twint, card, PostFinance Pay or Klarna.

ZauberSeife resellers: Post Standard Eco CHF 12.50, free from a goods value of CHF 200; Post Express Mond from CHF 21 depending on weight; collection in Otelfingen ZH, Wolfhausen ZH or Klingnau AG free of charge.

We ship with Swiss Post, and a few products with Planzer. With express, Swiss Post delivers your parcel by 9 am on the working day after dispatch, and we pack express orders first.

When your parcel arrives

Every product shows when it is ready to ship. Most items are on their way in 1 to 3 working days, and Swiss Post then usually takes 2 working days. Anything engraved or made for you takes a little longer, which is also shown with the product. If something is delayed, we will get in touch with you.

Multiple parcels

Some products are sent to you directly by the workshop that makes them. If you order from several workshops, they arrive in separate parcels. You do not pay any more for delivery because of this.

Sending as a gift

At checkout, you can enter a different delivery address, for example that of the person you are giving the gift to. There are no prices on the delivery note. They only appear in your order confirmation by email.

Corporate gifts and larger quantities

For corporate gifts, larger orders or regular deliveries, we will find a suitable solution with you. More about corporate gifts

Packaging

Wherever possible, we reuse boxes and filling material that are still in good condition. This saves resources, and your parcel still arrives well protected.

To other countries

We deliver outside Switzerland and Liechtenstein on request. Write to us and we will check the route and costs.
