We're committed to making first-class products from Swiss social workshops even better known. Ideally, omnipresent. Their variety and quality are often underestimated. This idea hasn't let go of me since 2020.
People with disabilities are professionals with strengths, passions, know-how and drive. Our vision is to make their work even more visible.
We work at the interface between social workshops, product and market. Depending on the partner and the project, we take on different tasks.
They shape how we work, make decisions and build partnerships.
We focus on what the people and organisations involved do particularly well. We work with strengths, not weaknesses. Everyone contributes what they're good at. Diversity and different abilities complement each other and lead to creative ideas.
Everything we do is built on trust, reliability and the joy of working together. We communicate openly and believe in what each of us can do. For us, trust means seeing ourselves as a team and supporting one another. That is how bold steps become possible too.
First-class products from Swiss social workshops. For a society that celebrates diversity.
An idea that matured over many years.
Through my job at the time, I visited a social institution for the first time. Shortly afterwards, we handed over a new product for them to make. That experience stayed with me.
In my area of responsibility at the time, I supported one person's professional integration into the primary labour market. In parallel, I wrote my bachelor's thesis on disability diversity.
Workshop, integration and studies come together in one vision: what is made in social workshops should become visible and win people over with its quality.
The vision becomes Diverkstatt.ch GmbH. The name combines “Diversität” (diversity) and “Werkstätte” (workshop). A first simple website goes online and forms the framework for what is offered later.
The first collaboration with a social workshop begins. Together we develop the prototype of a premium cat tree, which we will finish one day.
The new name gets the idea across clearly. VielfaltWerk stands for high-quality products, social impact and a society that celebrates diversity.
At the start of the year, partnerships with four social workshops take shape. On 14 February 2025, the online shop goes live. Over the course of the year, eight more partner workshops join and the range grows considerably. With its first pop-up stores, VielfaltWerk also becomes visible in person.
The first larger corporate gift projects are completed. The partner network keeps growing. With ZauberSeife, VielfaltWerk takes on a product of its own. At the same time, a jewellery line takes shape with donLUVO.

Founder
My road to VielfaltWerk began long before the company was founded. Experience with social production, professional integration and disability diversity has shaped how I see working together with different strengths. Today, in VielfaltWerk, a project close to my heart, I combine my experience in engineering, supply chain management, customer service, leadership and entrepreneurship with a social vision. Together with our partners, we are developing VielfaltWerk step by step.
A steady hand behind the scenes
I support VielfaltWerk with administration and shipping. I make sure that lots of parcels get on their way reliably. If you have questions about your order or delivery, you are welcome to contact me.
Accounting
I support the accounting at VielfaltWerk and make sure our invoices are paid on time. What I like most is that many of them go to our partner workshops, where our products are made.
