VielfaltWerk curates high-quality products from Swiss social workshops, develops them further together with the workshops and brings them to market through the online shop and corporate clients. The products remain an expression of the workshops' skill. We add marketing, sales and new routes to customers.
You make, we sell. Every additional sale strengthens inclusive jobs.
VielfaltWerk works with 18 partners across Switzerland: 15 social institutions and 3 companies. For every product, a social institution is directly involved in making it. Depending on the product, from start to finish or in individual steps such as assembly, engraving, finishing, filling or packaging. That makes social value creation a fixed part of the whole range.
Depending on the workshop, adults, young people and apprentices work there in supported work, training or integration programmes. They include people with cognitive, mental or physical disabilities as well as people on their way back into working life. The focus is on their skills, their strengths and the quality of their work.
From Zurich and Aargau via St. Gallen, Lucerne and Bern to Valais, very different skills come together. From woodworking and assembly through printing, filling and packaging to farming, winegrowing and food production. This variety is what makes our range possible in the first place.

Stiftung Balm in Rapperswil-Jona supports people with disabilities at different stages of life and creates a wide range of opportunities for learning, living and working. In areas such as floristry, catering, gardening, arts and crafts and industry, it produces high-quality products and services that centre on skill, participation and personal development.
Our collaboration began in spring 2025, and we really value the varied personal contact. Whether at “arte e fiori”, with colleagues from the workshop and kitchen, or now and then at an event. Working across the different departments is a real joy and motivation for VielfaltWerk.

IWZ AG in Otelfingen is “the slightly different workshop” and has been working with and for people with disabilities for around 70 years, now in its third generation. In a family-like, appreciative working environment, it produces a wide range of its own products and contract work. The individual abilities of every team member are recognised, put to use and encouraged.
Our collaboration began in spring 2025. We really value the direct, solution-focused exchange. With urgent orders, WhatsApp sometimes runs hot, and our customers occasionally receive their personalised deliveries sooner than expected. Entrepreneurial spirit and team spirit can be felt on every visit and keep setting new ideas and joint projects in motion.

Step 1
We select products that fit the range and that the partner workshop can sensibly make.
Additional sales should directly strengthen the inclusive jobs. What matters is consistent quality and a certain repeatability. Small differences and one-of-a-kind character are welcome.
Step 2
Together we decide on the right delivery and storage set-up and make use of both partners' strengths.
If the partner workshop packs and ships anyway, orders can go out directly from there. VielfaltWerk provides shipping materials and labels and thereby covers the delivery costs. Alternatively, we store and ship.
Step 3
VielfaltWerk takes care of presenting the products with pictures and text, as well as the online shop and marketing channels.
We advise private and corporate customers and market through Google, social media, the newsletter and other channels. In addition, we show selected products in pop-up stores and through collaborations.
Step 4
The products are made in the social partner workshops and remain an expression of their skill.
Depending on the project, VielfaltWerk combines services from different partners. A product can be made in one workshop and engraved or finished in another.
Step 5
Where both sides want to, we develop new variants, packaging or products together.
Both sides bring their experience and strengths to it.

Flexible. We adapt to your capacity, not the other way round. A single product is a good start, and so is a whole range. Whether we only sell, help with online sales or share in carrying a project is up to you.
Dynamic. We are privately owned and independent, and the lines of communication are short. Whoever talks to you also decides. That way we're there when you need us.
