Made with great know-how by dedicated trainees with additional support needs in a Swiss social workshop on Lake Zurich. From cutting to surface finishing, every key step takes place on site.

ZeroWaste & quality

Made from solid Swiss beech offcuts from sustainably managed forests. Valuable pieces of wood are reused and turned into sturdy chopping boards that are gentle on knife blades. Natural, food-safe worktop oil protects the surface and brings out each board's individual grain.

Why is the chopping board called ZeroWaste?

Because it is made from offcuts of solid Swiss beech from sustainable forestry: valuable pieces of wood are reused and turned into sturdy, knife-friendly boards. It is made by apprentices with special support needs in a social workshop on Lake Zurich. A natural, food-safe oil protects the surface.
