Salt that adds colour to the plate
Coarse sea salt with dried marigold and cornflower petals, plus fennel seeds and a few chilli flakes. As you grind it, it falls onto the plate in colour, so you see straight away there's more to it than salt.
What it goes with
With salad dressings, risotto, fennel and anything light and pale. Also on scrambled eggs, fresh cheese or a soup, just before serving.
