Giant soap bubbles trial set · ZauberSeife Original · To try out

Q: From what age, and how do you make the giant bubbles?

Use & tips

Pour the ZauberSeife mix into a flat, sufficiently wide container. Dip the cord, let it soak briefly, pull it out, let it drip for a moment and open slowly. A calm movement or a light breeze creates beautiful, shimmering bubbles. To release the bubble, bring the wands back together.

At the start, young children can use the mini wands well with an adult's help.
Humid air, shade and a light breeze help create especially beautiful bubbles. Don't shake or stir the mix too much, so as little foam as possible forms.

Shelf life of the ready-to-use mix: at least 1 year. Stored clean, cool and dark, experience shows it can last several years.

Swiss Made Social Bubbles

Socially made

ZauberSeife sets are put together in Swiss social workshops with a great deal of know-how and care by dedicated skilled workers with disabilities. Together with IWZ AG, the workshop with a difference in the Zurich Unterland, VielfaltWerk is currently rebuilding the social work steps around the sets. These include sewing the cords and mounting them on the beech sticks, filling and labelling the mixtures, and packing and dispatching.

Ideal for

A small gift for children from 3 years, for example from grandparents, godmother or godfather, or as a gift for a children's birthday party. It suits families who want to try giant soap bubbles first, in the garden, on the meadow, in the park or on holiday. The ready-to-use mix is good to go straight away, so it turns into a spontaneous summer afternoon outdoors. Small children need a little help from adults at the start.

Questions and answers

What is in the Probiererli set?

Mini wands of 45 cm with 1 m of string and 0.5 L of ready-to-use ZauberSeife mix. There is nothing to mix, you can start straight away. The set suits as a small gift, a little present or a first step into giant soap bubbles.

From what age, and how do you make the giant bubbles?

Recommended from 3 years, small children with an adult’s help at first. Pour the mix into a flat, wide container, dip the string, let it soak, lift it out, let it drip briefly and open slowly. Humid air, shade and a light breeze help. Do not shake the mix, so that little foam forms.

How long does the mix keep, and how do I care for the string?

The ready mix keeps for at least 1 year, and stored clean, cool and dark, in our experience several years. After use, rinse the string with clear water, without detergent. The sets are assembled in social workshops in Switzerland.
