How to play

Solitaire is a calm logic game for one person and a classic that builds concentration and strategic thinking. The aim is to end up with just one piece left on the board. At the start every space but the middle one is filled. A piece jumps over a neighbouring piece into a free space, and the jumped piece is removed. Every move adds to the challenge. A game that slows things down, challenges you and keeps fascinating, ideal for a focused break, for children and adults, or as a meaningful gift.

Questions and answers

How does peg solitaire work?

The board starts with 32 pieces and the centre empty. A piece jumps over a neighbour into an empty hole, and the jumped piece is removed. The aim is to finish with a single piece, ideally in the centre.

Which sizes are there, and can it be engraved?

Small measures 16 × 16 cm, Large 22 × 22 cm, both with 32 wooden pieces on a board of oiled Swiss solid wood. On request we engrave a text of up to 30 characters in Georgia typeface, for that choose the “laser engraving” version.
