This large chopping board is made from solid Swiss wood and comes in two types of wood. The sloped surface channels away juice and liquid, helping you work cleanly when cutting meat, vegetables, fruit or bread. The back serves as a classic, flat chopping board.

Made with great know-how by dedicated skilled workers with disabilities in a Swiss social workshop in the Zurich Oberland. From the woodworking through the sloped surface to the surface finish, every key step takes place on site.

Material & quality

Made from solid Swiss oak or walnut from sustainably managed forests. The surface is treated twice with natural, food-safe linseed oil. This protects the wood, brings out the grain and gives it a pleasantly smooth feel.
