A bold rosé from the vineyard
A rosé made from Cabernet Jura, deep in colour and made dry. From the same vineyard as our red wine, just pressed differently.
What it goes with
With grilled food, salad, pasta and an apéro. Well chilled, at 8 to 10 degrees.
Origin
The vines grow at the Fluehölzli vineyard in Jona and are tended according to Bio Suisse guidelines. Cabernet Jura is a fungus-resistant grape variety and so needs little plant protection. The wine is made by Markus Weber in Meilen.
